They are supportive of extending the process into more schools. “It’s not going to change a group of kids. It’s going to change every single student and faculty member and family member that’s connected to it,” Lake Hickory Rotary Club President-elect Peter Nelson said. “It might not be over night but over time it will do that.”

TWIN FALLS, ID – Teacher training for The Leader in Me process has begun in Twin Falls this week for Lincoln and I.B. Elementary schools. They decided to adopt the process after the student engagement changed dramatically for the better at Harrison Elementary, another Twin Falls elementary school which was already a Leader in Me school. When students return in August, “they’ll see a lot of difference in our school,” Lincoln Elementary principal Beth Olmstead said.
