Joseph Welsh School in Alberta, Canada was a good school; students were achieving, parents were happy, and teachers were satisfied. However, Principal Mike Fritz knew it could be better.
Trained in The Leader in Me in 2007, Mike and his staff started to teach and reinforce the 7 Habits and began to see remarkable results. In 2010, the Center for Advanced Research launched an investigation into the impact of The Leader in Me using school student performance data, interviews, and the annual Alberta Accountability Pillar Survey. We are very pleased to share the results with you.
