Becoming Leaders Through Leadership Role Responsibilities

In my Kindergarten classroom, a table/group leader is much more than someone who helps hand out materials. The leader is Proactive. He/she Puts First Things First and Begins With the End in Mind. It is the leader’s responsibility to gather and distribute all materials needed to complete the assigned task. The leader encourages the group to Synergize. The leader encourages the group to Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood. We Think Win-Win daily by working together to accomplish  common goals.
