What does a Leader in Me school do every day to cultivate leadership in their students?

Since this is one of the most FAQ we get at FranklinCovey, we went to one of our Lighthouse Schools for their suggestions and here is what we learned:

• Post The 7 Habits with kid friendly definitions (The 7 Habits of Happy Kids Character Set, SKU 75661, and The 7 Habits of Happy Kids Tree Poster, SKU 75691 are perfect to help with this!)


• Post the Classroom Mission Statement inside and outside the classroom


• Post their Social Contract


• Shake hands with students as they enter the room


• Greeter (to greet anyone that comes to the classroom)


• Leadership/language used in lessons weekly


• Data Notebooks


• Student Led Conference
