The Possibilities are Endless

Last Christmas, the principal at Avondale Meadows Upper Elementary School received The Leader in Me book from her husband. She shared it with her staff and they grabbed the concept and ran with it. She took five teachers to A.B. Combs for Leadership Day, had the staff trained, and now they are well on their way. In the words of the principal, “There is such excitement in the air you wouldn’t believe it!” The school celebrated their culture change with a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by the mayor and the community.
