I teach first grade at Washington School, Muscatine, Iowa, a very diverse school with a high poverty rate. Last year was our first year of a district wide 7 Habits approach. Our teachers came back today and the warm-up activity was for each of them to decorate a ceiling tile. I now have 50+ new ceiling tiles throughout the school … and the energy was amazing!
